I have a few recommandation for the interface of 5.5

1: When looking at lists like vehicles and zones it would be great to add a drag and drop function for moving vehciles/zones into groups directly from the list. Also, selecting multi vehicles/zones for moving would be great as well.

2: When a group is displayed in the list, it would be great to know how many units/zones are in that group with out having to go into the group. if you could add the number after the icon for the number of items in the group that would be greatly helpful.

3: When creating routes, If you could list all the zones in one box so they could be easiely moved to the route box with out having to click around on the different zones. This one helps people with zones in the other states.

4: The ability to popup a website for as a alert.

5: The ability to remove the overlay for info tab on the map. Incase they block tracks that are needed to be seen.

6: Increase the stop limit of routes to 50 from 20.

Those are the main ones I hear about on a weekly bases from our customer base. Will post more as they come in.

Another thing that would be nice is a loading screen for Notifications to let you know when its finished loading them.

Chris can you elaborate? are you talking about looking at Rules and Groups -> My Notifications?

I am. Its really hard to tell when checkamte finishes loading the Notifications.

When is this software going to be released for purchase or upgrade?

Suggestion--- A couple of interesting points have been made with regard to watching individual vehicles in break away mini maps... I have an example "screen shots" of another application that has this and can send it in for further explanation of what I mean...
Suggestion--- From this same application the show live map feature has a drop down for each line or vehicle that if clicked provides the dispatcher with a quick view of, driver, vehicle, actual current addres, how long they have been there etc.. I can send a screen shot of this feature in for further review as well...

Issues--- By default Harsh braking is added to the Risk Management report... however, if you go in to the options tab and select include exceptions.. and select harsh braking it actual removes the column from the grid once the totals are displayed.

Issues--- Last stop address on the vehicle and devices screen or Live map screen, I have brought this up to individual support staff but will post it here for further review as well...The last stop address is the last stop with a calculated total... Not the actual last stop address. Example... If I go to Geotab for 1 hour then leave and go back to my office... When I get back to my office I click Current activity to see where my vehcile is it displays my last stop address as Geotab... If this button is showing me current activity it should show me at my office which is my last stop... In order for me to see where my vehicle is from that screen or the live map I have to request current location of the vehicle...

So far it is looking good...

Imported Customer Zones wish list... The ability to resize customer zones after you import customer address files. We have a number of clients who's business activities overlap these default zone sizes as their customers are located very close to each other... Landscaping.. Snow Removal... Plumbing and Heating companies, Hydro companies that have customers close to each other for example....

i have created a case for the risk management report. in terms of the current activity - we dont see this at all. as i ignition off, it reflects in the sw my new stop. Are you using a live device or rf? Rf this could happen or if there is no live coverage.
